📋 Description

• Identify and approach prospective industrial customers and fuel station operators using existing network and market knowledge • Build relationships with energy buyers, plant managers and technical decision-makers • Understand customers’ current fuel use, operational constraints and future plans • Explain the commercial and environmental value of LNG and Bio-LNG, including GHG quotas and carbon taxation • Coordinate demand assessments, site and delivery feasibility, supply options and commercial proposals with internal teams • Lead customer discussions and negotiations toward long-term supply agreements • Maintain a clear sales pipeline • Share market feedback to support development of Molgas’s offering in Germany • Help customers assess LNG or Bio-LNG delivered by truck directly to their sites

🎯 Requirements

• Must be based in Germany • Established local network and ability to develop and maintain customer relationships across Germany • Established track record as an independent B2B commercial agent • Relevant network in the German industrial mid-market (Mittelstand) • Experience selling industrial gases such as LPG or LNG, fuels, energy systems such as burners, boilers or CHP, or other complex technical solutions to business customers • Ability to discuss energy demand, supply arrangements and technical requirements confidently • Experience with longer sales cycles and commercial negotiations involving multiple decision-makers • Practical understanding of the business case for lower-emission fuels • Independence to develop opportunities across Germany • Excellent command of German and English
