📋 Description

• You will be the main point of contact for our clients, providing empathetic support, clear communication, and personalized assistance to address their needs and concerns. • Once the client is transferred from the sales department, you will start guiding them and explaining each step of the process in Mexico in detail. • Assist the client with hotel bookings, transfers, and all necessary preparations to ensure their arrival in Mexico is flawless. • Maintain clear and effective communication with the client, guiding them through each stage of the surrogacy process and ensuring they understand each step. • Respond to all their questions and offer consultations on legal aspects, ensuring the client is well-informed and at ease. • Ensure that all payments are made on time, guaranteeing that the process progresses smoothly. • Always be available to resolve any concerns and ensure that the client feels supported and satisfied at all times.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or call-center operations. • Advanced or bilingual proficiency in English. • Excellent communication skills with a compassionate and empathetic approach. • Ability to handle emergency or high-pressure situations calmly and quickly. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Knowledge of surrogacy processes is a plus, but not mandatory.
