📋 Description

• Conducting outbound cold calls and email outreach to restaurants and small businesses across the U.S. • Introducing prospective partners to TLC’s loyalty, rewards, and customer engagement programs • Generating and qualifying leads through outbound prospecting and research • Building relationships with business owners and decision-makers • Managing pipeline activity and follow-up within CRM platforms • Meeting outreach, lead generation, and partnership targets • Collaborating with internal teams to support onboarding and partner success

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in outbound sales, cold calling, call center sales, lead generation, or business development • Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills • Comfortable handling objections and maintaining consistent outbound activity • Customer service experience with the ability to communicate professionally and confidently • Ability to work U.S. business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST) • Self-motivated, organized, and performance-driven • Reliable internet connection and remote work setup
