📋 Description

• Support daily operations of the store, motel, and POL services • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain positive community relationships • Assist with staff scheduling, recruitment, and training activities • Contribute to a safe, clean, and well-organized workplace • Handle monetary transactions responsibly and accurately • Support inventory management, pricing, and ordering • Gain experience preparing reports and providing information to the finance team • Participate in community engagement activities that promote TIC operations

🎯 Requirements

• Strong organizational and time management skills • Effective communication and teamwork abilities • Willingness to learn and take direction from mentors • Ability to work independently as skills develop • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office; willingness to learn UKG Pro) • Commitment to excellent customer service • Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence required • Ability to speak and/or understand the Tłı̨chǫ language is a strong asset • Previous retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is an asset, but not required.
