📋 Description
• Lead the end-to-end operational delivery of TM Forum events globally to create exceptional experiences for our Members • Manage logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation for all events • Oversee AV, staging, and digital platform integration for live and hybrid experiences • Ensure premium sponsor visibility and delegate engagement through effective exhibition planning and execution • Work closely with Sponsor Success and Content teams to ensure seamless delivery of all event components
🎯 Requirements
• Extensive experience in operational delivery of large-scale events • Strong project management and vendor negotiation skills • Ability to lead and develop multi-disciplinary teams • Familiarity with event technology and workflow automation tools
