• Proactively engage with customers in a consultative manner, presenting solutions tailored to their purchasing needs • Serve as the link between customers and services such as mobile plans, internet, and credit cards • Answer questions and explain product benefits • Follow the sales process through to closing • Handle calls automatically routed by the system after the customer answers
