• You lead our door-to-door (D2D) sales operations and manage them in a goal-oriented way. • This includes training, quality control, and communication with the responsible stakeholders. • In addition to supporting D2D agencies, you contribute to building and developing our own network of sales representatives. • With the support of retail partners, we aim to offer our customers an enhanced advisory service. • In the Hesse region you establish and maintain these business relationships with partners. • You are responsible for the joint coordination, design, and management of our initiatives. • For the Hesse region you monitor the relevant KPIs and derive appropriate actions.
• You hold a commercial qualification — either vocational training or a degree — or an equivalent qualification. • Career changers with relevant professional experience are also welcome. • Ideally you have an interest in telecommunications, complemented by experience in door-to-door (D2D) and retail sales. • It is also helpful if you enjoy speaking in front of people and have some first leadership experience. • You independently implement new ideas and are intrinsically motivated to explore new sales channels with us.
