• Mithilfe bei der Organisation und Durchführung von Events und Firmenveranstaltungen • Eigenverantwortliche Übernahme von Recherche- und Sonderprojekten • Interne Personalbetreuung sowie Unterstützung bei Themen wie Personalentwicklung, Arbeitsrecht und Arbeitssicherheit • Steuerung externer Dienstleister und Lieferanten • Unterstützung bei vielen weiteren Aufgaben des operativen und administrativen Tagesgeschäfts
🎯 Requirements
• sehr gute Leistungen in einem Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Sozial- oder Naturwissenschaften nachweisen • Interesse und idealerweise erste Erfahrungen in der Eventorganisation mitbringen • Organisationsgeschick und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise verfügen • hohe Flexibilität und Eigeninitiative auszeichnen • sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse besitzen
