📋 Description

• Advise cross-functional business stakeholders on financial laws and regulations • Draft and negotiate strategic partnership agreements • Research and respond to legal and regulatory questions on financial products • Represent Legal on cross-functional teams for financial product design • Review advertising materials for compliance

🎯 Requirements

• A degree from an ABA-accredited law school • 5+ years of legal experience advising corporate clients on international financial products and services • Must have experience with financial services regulations in the UK, Ireland, Canada, and/or Australia • Experience leading negotiations and drafting commercial agreements and consumer terms of service • Strong knowledge of financial laws and regulations across multiple international territories • Experience overseeing the expansion of numerous financial products into new global territories • Subject matter expertise in payments space, excluding mortgage, auto financing, cryptocurrency, and investment products • Comfort and experience working in a fast-paced environment
