📋 Description

• Lead design strategy and execution for Toast IQ’s AI assistant product. • Shape interaction design and componentry across web, mobile, and hardware. • Collaborate with product, engineering, and third-party partners to define design requirements. • Drive adoption for premium intelligence features and automation tools.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven ability to lead high-impact design initiatives at a principal level. • Lead the end-to-end design process for core UX/UI features within Toast’s AI ecosystem. • Deep understanding of emerging AI use cases and user-centered design principles. • Proven ability to conduct data analysis and user research to inform design decisions. • Proficiency in emerging AI tools (Claude, Codex, etc.) and design tools like Figma and Miro. • Strong communication skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
