📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end execution of critical IT systems initiatives. • Drive holistic decisions across IT domains by understanding core platform integrations. • Partner with IT Leaders to define success metrics and build impact dashboards. • Drive enterprise-wide user adoption for the tech stack through training programs and documentation. • Serve as the primary point of contact between IT domains and external stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of IT enterprise system ownership, ideally in environments of 7,000+ users. • Demonstrated, hands-on familiarity with core IT industry tools such as ServiceNow, SailPoint, Okta, AWS, Google Workspace, and Atlassian (Jira/Confluence), MDM and Security Agent tooling. • Proven ability to drive projects forward and make strategic decisions with ambiguous structures. • Strong history of driving cross-functional teams and unblocking technical dependencies. • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; able to distill complex concepts into clear updates.
