📋 Description

• Lead Oracle Fusion ERP Financials implementation, enhancement, and support initiatives • Act as the Functional Lead/Architect for Oracle Fusion ERP projects, providing strategic and functional guidance • Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into Oracle Fusion ERP solutions • Design and configure Oracle Fusion Financial modules, including: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management, Expense Management, Tax • Configure Chart of Accounts, Ledgers, Accounting Calendar, Accounting Rules, Approval Workflows, Payment Terms, and Financial Reporting structures • Lead solution design workshops and recommend Oracle best practices • Collaborate with business users, technical teams, project managers, and client stakeholders • Provide functional leadership throughout the implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support • Develop and execute System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and performance testing • Troubleshoot functional issues and recommend optimal solutions • Stay current with Oracle Fusion Cloud quarterly updates and assess their business impact • Prepare functional design documents, configuration documents, test scripts, user guides, and training materials • Mentor junior consultants and provide functional leadership across project teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline • 8+ years of Oracle ERP experience, including significant experience with Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud • Proven experience as an Oracle Fusion ERP Functional Lead or Solution Architect • Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management, Expense Management, Tax • Experience with Oracle reporting tools, including: OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View • Strong understanding of financial business processes and accounting principles • Experience leading end-to-end Oracle Fusion ERP implementation projects • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with distributed teams.
