📋 Description

• Own the roadmap: You decide what gets built and when. • Ship fast, learn faster: move in weeks, not quarters. • Conduct in depth discovery, directly with your users. • Measure impact: Define success metrics, analyze user behavior and make data-driven decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS: ideally in complex, data heavy workflows (e.g., FinTech, ERPs, Logistics, or Construction Tech). • Builder Mindset: You don’t wait for perfect, you ship MVPs and learn. • AI-minded: You ask "can this be done by AI?" a lot. • Strong Sense of Ownership: If something is blocked or you find a problem - you fix it. • Discovery First: You talk to users before building anything.
