📋 Description
• Assessing risk and preparing insurance policies for Transaction Risk Insurance (TRI) • Technical risk assessment of M&A transactions across the Asia Pacific region • Negotiation of drafting positions in Policies • Developing relationships with Broking partners • Collaborating with Senior Underwriter and reporting to APAC Manager • Attending off-site conferences, presentations, seminars and meetings
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a role focused on corporate M&A transactions • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in law, Economics, Business, Finance or Accounting is a plus • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (fluency) a must • Additional languages are a plus • Basic knowledge of legal exposures in transactions (taxation, breaches, litigation, price adjustment, damages, etc.) • Understanding of legal documentation, financial statements and tax documentation • Specific experience with negotiating or mediating representations and warranties or other transactional risk insurance is a plus
