📋 Description

• Support the execution and monitoring of commercial campaigns and incentive programs. • Perform operational activities related to campaigns, including checking, updating, and validating data in spreadsheets and systems. • Reconcile campaign results by applying defined rules and criteria to validate winners. • Support the control and calculation of variable payments, validating information and results. • Consolidate and maintain commercial databases, ensuring standardization, quality, and reliability of information. • Generate reports and analyses to support commercial areas, contributing to data-driven decision making. • Prepare presentations of results and indicators using Excel and PowerPoint. • Work collaboratively with different teams and levels within the commercial structure, supporting operational processes and requests. • Support contract organization activities, operational workflows, and monitoring of commercial targets.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in progress or completed. • Intermediate English. • Intermediate to advanced Excel. • Knowledge of PowerPoint and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite. • Experience with data analysis, KPIs, or commercial/planning routines. • Analytical, organized profile with strong communication skills to work with different teams. • Ability to work with data and translate analyses into clear presentations. • Preferred: Knowledge of Power BI. • Plus: Experience in the insurance market.
