📋 Description

• Analyze, regulate and handle Financial Lines claims, including Surety (Guarantee), Directors & Officers (D&O), Errors & Omissions (E&O) and Seizure/Kidnap (where applicable), with a focus on corporate clients. • Receive, register and manage claims notifications, ensuring correct opening, monitoring and settlement of cases. • Interpret policies, contracts, clauses and general conditions to assess coverage and properly classify claims. • Adjust and maintain technical reserves as claim regulation evolves. • Engage, guide and monitor specialized service providers, including remote and on-site inspections, validating reports, fees and expenses. • Work together with partner law firms in the handling and settlement of claims. • Prepare technical and legal responses to requests, statements and demands related to claims. • Control deadlines and volumes of reported and settled claims, maintaining records and system updates. • Identify contractual or operational inconsistencies, supporting process improvements and risk mitigation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law. • Practical experience in the regulation and analysis of Financial Lines claims at insurers or corporate brokerages. • Experience with products such as Surety (Guarantee), D&O and E&O. • Solid knowledge of contract analysis and interpretation of policy clauses and conditions. • Intermediate level of English. • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook). • Availability to work in a hybrid model (3 days in the office and 2 days remote).
