📋 Description

• Work on medium- to high-complexity cases, handling the full process of contracting external service providers • Align strategy, analyze risks, establish technical reserves, and approve payments • Monitor matters through to their conclusion in the judiciary • Participate in and lead meetings with internal company departments and business partners • Support department management by analyzing and defining strategies for medium- and high-complexity cases • Attend meetings and manage specific workflows • Provide support to the internal team on lower-complexity matters

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) • Proven experience in civil litigation within the insurance market • Experience with large risks (engineering, oil & gas, etc.) is a plus • Intermediate English • Proficient in Microsoft Office
