📋 Description

• Support payroll team by reconciling payslips and ensuring accurate payroll data management. • Review and reconcile payroll reports to ensure payslips match payroll calculations. • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payroll data with internal teams and external payroll providers. • Verify payroll adjustments, deductions, and tax withholdings for accuracy. • Upload payslips and payroll data into internal and external databases, maintaining completeness and accuracy. • Maintain and update payroll records for compensation, tax codes, and benefits changes. • Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations and company policies when handling payroll data. • Identify opportunities to optimize payroll reconciliation and data entry processes. • Assist in payroll audits and reporting to ensure compliance with financial controls and labor laws. • Maintain confidentiality and data security best practices when handling sensitive payroll information.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in payroll operations, finance, or a related field. • Proficiency in payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, SAP, or similar). • Experience with databases, Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Macros), and reconciliation tools. • Ability to analyze and reconcile large volumes of payroll data with high accuracy. • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve payroll discrepancies. • Clear and professional communication skills for cross-functional collaboration. • Strong commitment to handling sensitive payroll information with discretion. • Preferred: Experience working with global payroll providers or multi-country payroll processing. • Preferred: Familiarity with tax regulations, compliance requirements, and employment laws related to payroll. • Preferred: Background in finance, accounting, or HR operations.
