📋 Description

• Perform field service activities including commissioning, start-up, testing, integration, optimization, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of TOMRA Recycling systems • Travel to customer sites across the Netherlands, Flemish Belgium, Germany, and Europe • Perform occasional assignments in other TOMRA Sorting business units and regions • Prepare detailed service reports after installations, maintenance activities, and technical interventions • Report service activities, expenses, and other documentation accurately and on time • Deliver on-site training to customer maintenance and service teams and internal Service Engineers • Provide technical support by phone and respond to customer and equipment-related field issues • Collaborate with Sales and Project Management teams by providing technical expertise and support • Ensure optimal performance and reliability of TOMRA Sorting systems and customer satisfaction • Execute field service activities efficiently, focusing on cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field; alternatively, a technician certification or equivalent engineering qualification with relevant hands-on experience • Strong communication and presentation skills • Professional proficiency in English required • Additional language skills, particularly Dutch or Flemish, are an asset • Proven technical problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities • Structured and solution-oriented approach • Ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues across different countries, cultures, and business environments • Customer-focused mindset and high level of professionalism and interpersonal skills • Willingness to travel extensively across Germany, Netherlands, and Belgium, approximately 80% travel • Legal right to work in the Netherlands • Updated CV in English
