📋 Description
• Efficiently deliver field service work to meet cost and time objectives • Ensure optimal performance of TOMRA Food sorting machines to exceed customer expectations • Diagnose and resolve equipment issues, conducting necessary repairs • Collaborate with internal departments to enhance customer support processes • Conduct installations and adjustments to TOMRA Food equipment as required • Provide comprehensive training to customers on the operations and maintenance of our systems • Maintain accurate and detailed field reports to guide administrative follow-up procedures
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering • Qualification in Electrical Installation (e.g. Qualification en Électricité d’Installation ) • Proven experience in on-site preventive and corrective maintenance, supporting industrial customers • Fluency in Arabic and English language is mandatory, Spanish and French is an advantage • Driving license with a good driving record • VCA certification is a plus
