• Deliver field service work efficiently to meet cost and time objectives • Ensure optimal performance of TOMRA Food sorting machines • Diagnose and resolve equipment issues and conduct necessary repairs • Collaborate with internal departments to enhance customer support processes • Install and adjust TOMRA Food equipment • Train customers on the operation and maintenance of TOMRA Food systems • Maintain accurate and detailed field reports for administrative follow-up • Travel domestically up to 80% of the time • Primarily support customers within the assigned region, with occasional support across other parts of France • Split time between customer sites and working from home when visits are not scheduled
• Technical training to BAC+2 level in Electronics, Electrotechnical, Automation, Industrial Maintenance, or related field • Fluent in French • Able to understand spoken and written English (minimum B2 level) • Proven experience in on-site preventive and corrective maintenance supporting industrial customers • Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time, primarily within France, with occasional international travel or flexible working hours • Good understanding of IT, networking, and PC configuration • Valid driver's license • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, colleagues, and management
