• Efficiently deliver field service work to meet cost and time objectives. • Ensure optimal performance of TOMRA Food sorting machines to exceed customer expectations. • Diagnose and resolve equipment issues, conducting necessary repairs. • Collaborate with internal departments to enhance customer support processes. • Conduct installations and adjustments to TOMRA Food equipment as required. • Provide comprehensive training to customers on the operations and maintenance of our systems. • Maintain accurate and detailed field reports to guide administrative follow-up procedures. • Willing to travel abroad for at least 80% of the time, based on a flexible schedule.
• Bachelors degree in Electronics, Electrotechnical, Automation, Industrial Maintenance, or equivalent of minimum 3 years of experience in related field • Fluent in English + other languages are a plus. • Proven experience in on-site preventive and corrective maintenance, supporting industrial customers. • Good understanding of IT, networking, and PC configuration. • A valid driver's license. • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, colleagues, and management.
