📋 Description

• Install, maintain, and repair TOMRA Reverse Vending Machines (RVMs) at customer sites • Support the installation, commissioning, and roll-out of new machines across the UK • Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues • Carry out preventative maintenance and reactive repairs • Build strong relationships with customers and site contacts • Travel throughout the region to support customers, with occasional overnight stays • Record service activities, machine status, and updates using digital systems and tools • Share feedback and contribute to continuous improvement • Develop technical knowledge while maintaining high safety standards • Transition to rota-based shift work including weekend coverage from October 2027

🎯 Requirements

• A solid foundation in electro-mechanical systems, with an interest in learning how to analyse, test, and repair complex equipment • A curious and solution-oriented mindset, with strong attention to detail • A customer-focused approach, with clear and confident communication skills • Comfortable working using power tools/hands tools both independently and as part of a wider, supportive team • Flexibility to travel and manage your own schedule in a field-based role • Full UK driving licence • Follow TOMRA Safe and LOTO standards • Willingness to work approved overtime and weekends when required • Ability to transition to a rota-based shift pattern including weekend coverage from October 2027
