📋 Description

• Install, commission, maintain, optimize, and repair sensor-based sorters at TOMRA Recycling installation bases • Ensure maximum performance of TOMRA sorting systems in the field • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through effective communication and support • Optimize sorting systems/processes by sampling and testing • Identify opportunities to add value to customers' businesses through complementary TOMRA products, solutions, and services • Act as a link between customers and Headquarters • Collect and provide market feedback to identify new customer opportunities • Support customers in Italy and East Europe • Travel mainly domestically across Italy, with occasional trips abroad • Complete training at TOMRA's training center in Germany and gain practical field experience with experienced colleagues

🎯 Requirements

• Completed secondary technical school (FP2) or higher with a specialization in electrician/electronics, automation, industrial maintenance, or a related field • Willingness to travel 80% or more • Work experience in an industrial environment with a focus on on-site preventive and curative maintenance would be a big plus • In-depth knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting • Proficiency in computer programs, PC configuration, network structures • Communication ability when dealing with customers • Native in Italian and proficient in English • Full clean driving license required • Knowledge of the metal scrap business and recycling processes is a plus • CV in English and a short message explaining interest in the position
