• Efficiently deliver field service activities while meeting cost and timeline objectives. • Ensure optimal performance of TOMRA Food sorting machines to exceed customer expectations. • Diagnose and resolve equipment-related issues, carrying out necessary repairs. • Collaborate with internal departments to improve customer support processes. • Install and adjust TOMRA Food equipment as required. • Provide customers with comprehensive training on system operation and maintenance. • Maintain accurate, detailed field reports to support administrative follow-up procedures. • Perform commissioning, operation, testing, integration, optimization, maintenance, training, and repair activities for food sorting systems, primarily in France. • Travel approximately 80% of the time nationally, mainly in northern France.
• Technical qualification at BAC+2 level in electronics, electrical engineering, automation, industrial maintenance, or a related field. • Fluency in French and the ability to understand spoken and written English (minimum B2 level) are essential for this position. • Additional languages are an advantage. • Proven experience in preventive and corrective on-site maintenance. • Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time, primarily in France, with occasional international travel, and to work flexible hours. • Good understanding of IT, networks, and computer configuration. • Valid driving licence. • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers, colleagues, and management.
