📋 Description

• Lead discovery workshops and requirement-gathering sessions directly with client stakeholders in the USA. • Translate complex American business processes into efficient, scalable configurations within D365 F&O. • Perform Gap Analysis and author high-quality Functional Design Documents (FDD) to collaborate seamlessly with our technical team. • Guide USA-based teams through critical phases, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training Key Users, and hypercare Go-Live support.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent / Bilingual English is an absolute mu st. • 4+ years of hands-on experience in End-to-End implementations of Dynamics 365 F&O (or AX 2012). • Deep knowledge in eith er Finance (MB-3 10) or Supply Chain Management (MB-3 30) modules. • Microsoft Official Certifications (MB-310 or MB-330) are highly preferred. • Familiarity with Microsoft Lifecycle Services (LCS) and Azure DevOps. • Proven experience working with USA clients or multicultural teams is a huge plus.
