•Responsible for attracting and retaining affiliate partners through proactive outreach. •Search for new partners via industry forums, social media, and conferences. •Track and analyze performance indicators for each partner. •Participate in international conferences and industry events. •Collaborate with internal teams for effective marketing campaigns. •Conduct competitor analysis to identify new partnership opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

•Minimum 1 year of experience in iGaming •Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build long-term relationships with partners. •English level B2 or higher. •An active database of affiliates targeting Tier-1 is a plus •Strong analytical mindset to evaluate traffic quality and optimize campaigns. •Experience using affiliate platforms (e.g., Affilka, Affise, or similar) is a plus.
