• Attracting and retaining affiliate partners (SEO, PPC, ASO, FB, etc.) through proactive outreach. • Searching for new partners via industry forums, social media, and conferences. • Tracking and analyzing performance indicators for each partner: conversion rates, traffic quality, and KPI fulfilment. • Participating in international conferences and industry events. • Collaborating with internal teams for effective marketing campaigns. • Conducting competitor analysis to identify new partnership opportunities.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in iGaming • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build long-term relationships with partners. • English level B2 or higher. • An active database of affiliates targeting Tier-1 is a plus • Strong analytical mindset to evaluate traffic quality and optimize campaigns. • Experience using affiliate platforms (e.g., Affilka, Affise, or similar) is a plus.
