• Analyze large volumes of game and player data to identify patterns, trends, and dynamics, and turn them into clear business conclusions • Translate findings into practical recommendations for product improvements • Perform deep-dive investigations into performance anomalies or game features to explain what happened and why • Collaborate with game designers, product managers, and developers to shape hypotheses and validate them through experimentation • Support development and testing of predictive models (e.g., player LTV, churn, bonus optimization) • Communicate complex insights in a simple, compelling way to both technical and non-technical audiences • Help define metrics frameworks for new products or features • Build dashboards and reports to help stakeholders monitor key KPIs and make data-driven decisions
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist, preferably in the gaming or tech industry • Strong analytical mindset and ability to find the story in the data • Strong experience in SQL (BigQuery, PostgreSQL, or similar) and comfort working with large datasets • Solid knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar) • Practical experience with Python for data analysis and modeling • Familiarity with statistical testing, experimentation, and predictive modeling techniques • University degree in mathematics / computer science / technology / engineering • English B2+ • (Will be a plus) Knowledge of the iGaming industry or understanding of slot game mechanics • (Will be a plus) Ability to look at games from players' point of view • (Will be a plus) Product mindset: ability to propose actionable solutions beyond numbers
