📋 Description

• Perform daily and monthly cash reconciliations • Reconcile credit card transactions • Manage accounts payable workflows, including vendor payments, brand partner payments, and employee reimbursements • Categorize expenses and ensure proper expense classifications • Track and reconcile prepaid and accrued expenses • Process Ramp Bill Pay transactions • Apply invoice payments and generate/send invoices • Follow up on overdue receivables and support AR collections • Review and approve employee expenses in accordance with T&E policy • Serve as the Ramp point of contact for employee reimbursement inquiries • Review posted journal entries to ensure all are tagged with accurate department codes • Assist with financial onboarding of new brand partners • Partner with the Growth team and other cross-functional stakeholders on AR, AP, and brand-related operational needs • Support ad hoc projects in our evolving MBR and marketplace accounting environment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance • 1+ years of relevant professional accounting experience • Strong attention to detail and comfort with reconciliations • Working knowledge of Excel, including formulas and basic functions • Proactive, eager to learn, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
