📋 Description

• Search candidates on job portals, social networks, and different media • Administer all stages of the recruitment process and understand the organization's hiring needs • Track the status of active searches and submit them to appropriate portals for different job profiles • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and facilitate candidate lifecycle processes • Schedule and conduct interviews • Upload interview reports to management systems • Participate in feedback meetings with search owners • Monitor and control issues in the recruitment and selection process • Report recruitment selection-process indicators • Manage company registration of the selected candidate • Ensure positions are filled within preset timelines

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources is preferred • One year of direct recruiting experience managing all phases of the process • Proactive sourcing tactics and substantial initiative • Excellent time management abilities • Proven ability to meet deadlines • Familiarity with recruitment marketing strategies • Strong social skills • Negotiation skills • Process management skills • Excellent organizational skills
