📋 Description

• Work on end-to-end data science projects involving classical machine learning or statistical methods as well as deep learning approaches • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into machine learning solutions • Present complex analytical findings in a clear, actionable way to both technical and non-technical audiences • Actively support presales processes by preparing data/ML solution concepts • Help shape the future Data Science team by contributing to the area’s development strategy and supporting recruitment initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a data science professional with several years of hands-on work delivering end-to-end projects • Expertise in working with tabular data and time series, including strong skills in EDA, feature engineering, predictive modeling, and evaluation • Good programming skills in Python • Experience as a proactive team leader with a track record of managing analytics teams • Excellent communication skills - able to clearly translate complex technical topics into business-friendly language and vice versa • Confidence in client-facing environments • Fluency in Polish and English
