📋 Description

• Work directly with clients to implement Workday Human Capital Management technology solutions • Deliver high-quality Workday solutions across industries to meet clients’ business needs • Define, build, and implement HR processes in alignment with client’s objectives • Participate in internal training opportunities to share skills • Manage a team of consultants (Manager Level) • Develop sales material and scope projects (Senior/Principal Level) • Ability to travel 25%

🎯 Requirements

• Workday HCM Certification (Required) • 1+ years experience implementing Workday HCM configurations for customers of all sizes, of increasing complexity (Required) • 1+ years experience in gathering requirements, design, prototype, and testing of Workday HCM solutions (Required) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Required) • French proficiency (Preferred) • Passion for exceptional customer service and collaboration • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Strong communication skills, both written and oral • Ability to interact positively with clients and co-workers • Good problem-solver with diverse perspectives
