📋 Description

• Develop and manage a network of distributors • Identify, recruit and onboard new partners • Support partners in growing their commercial activity • Set sales targets and monitor performance • Represent Topcon at trade shows, events and client meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B sales • Experience managing a network of distributors or resellers • Strong business development and negotiation skills • Experience in Construction, Public Works, GNSS, Surveying, Geomatics or Machine Control is a definite asset • Proficiency in English is a strong advantage
