📋 Description

• Write and optimize SQL queries to support case valuation modeling, reporting automation, and underwriting analysis • Leverage SQL, Excel/PowerPivot, Python, AI and other analytics tools to build and maintain reliable, scalable reporting • Apply structured problem-solving to well-defined and moderately ambiguous underwriting and case valuation questions • Stay informed on emerging analytics and AI capabilities that can enhance underwriting analytics practices • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide clarity to underwriting and operational leaders • Serve as an analytical resource supporting case valuation forecasting (CVFO) and related modeling across case types and segments • Analyze case outcomes, conversion rates, and portfolio performance against underwriting assumptions • Help identify discrepancies, trends, and anomalies across case types, states, and lead segments • Translate data findings into clear summaries and recommendations for the Underwriting Analytics Team • Support forecasting and reconciliation work tied to case volume, vintage performance, and portfolio composition

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in business analytics, data operations, or a related quantitative field • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail • Solid SQL skills with the ability to write and troubleshoot moderately complex queries against large datasets • Proficiency with Excel, including PowerPivot/DAX; exposure to Python or R is a plus • Clear communication skills with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences • High commitment to data integrity and accuracy • Thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven, high-growth environment • Ability to take direction, prioritize effectively, and execute with speed
