📋 Description
• Translate business requirements into software solutions adhering to the architecture and technical standards of the strategic business unit. • Develop, maintain and refactor in-house data extract/transformation console applications and web-based workflow management utilities. • Foster a collaborative team environment, contributing to software development standards, code reviews, and version control. • Act as a technical resource for server-based third-party applications within the AppDev team scope, ensuring smooth operations and troubleshooting as needed. • Monitor and address daily performance events, ensuring optimal functionality. • Improve operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures. • Protect operations by keeping information confidential.
🎯 Requirements
• BS Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline. • 2+ years of experience in a software engineering capacity. • Self-starter with the ability to independently solve problems and collaborate effectively within the team and with end users. • Proficiency in C#, SQL (Microsoft or PostgreSQL), and Visual Studio. • Experience with Blazor or ReactJS is advantageous. • Continuous update of job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment, participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, or participating in professional organizations.
