📋 Description
• Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets • Align cross functional teams to a common goal • Track project progress and reporting • Identify potential risks and drive to resolution • Communicate project progress to all stakeholders • Lead project status updates and meetings with internal and external stakeholders • Drive project deliverables to maintain project milestones
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field • 1-3 years of construction or automation project management experience • Experience managing automation projects including goods to person, unloaders, automated guided vehicles, conveyor systems, automated storage and retrieval systems, warehouse management software, etc. • Prior experience managing people or processes • Experience in project management, product development lifecycle, or process management • Proficient in MS Office Suite and ERP systems • Strong relationship building, interpersonal, and leadership skills • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently • Inclination to take ownership of assigned projects and initiatives and independently drive for results • Ability to interface at all levels of the organization within and outside of the company • Demonstrated self-confidence, honesty, and integrity.
