• Profissional com mais de 3,5 anos de experiência atuando como Consultor(a)/Analista Salesforce • Forte especialização em Field Service Cloud • Conhecimento dos principais componentes do Field Service • Atuação na investigação de defeitos, análise de logs, fluxos e mapeamentos • Compreensão de fluxos de integração síncronos e assíncronos • Análise e documentação de requisitos funcionais • Forte domínio do SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) • Atuação em metodologias ágeis (Scrum e Kanban) • Certificações: Salesforce Field Service Lightning Consultant (Obrigatória) • Desejável: Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Business Analyst, Salesforce OmniStudio Consultant • Inglês intermediário, com foco em leitura técnica e participação em reuniões operacionais
