📋 Description

• Data analysis and reporting on sales force effectiveness. • Development of strategic insights to support decision-making. • Collaboration with sales teams and related areas to drive continuous improvement. • Leading analysis projects and executing data-driven strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or related fields. • Postgraduate degree or MBA in relevant areas is a plus. • Experience in sales analysis, sales force effectiveness, or related areas, with proven experience leading projects. • Strong analytical skills with experience in IQVIA data analysis, statistical modeling, and generating strategic insights. • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis and visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, etc.). • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and lead teams and interact with senior management. • Advanced English.
