• Advanced support in MS Windows environments • Perform troubleshooting to identify root causes • Develop scripts to optimize and automate tasks • Manage accounts in Active Directory, O365 and Exchange • Experience providing Windows end-user support
• Employment under CLT (Brazilian statutory employment model) • Work within a technical support team
