• SAP HCM consultant focused on Compensation & Payroll to work on strategic projects. • Work on SAP HCM (Comp & Payroll) implementation, enhancement and support projects. • Gather requirements with HR, Payroll and Finance teams. • Design functional solutions aligned with business needs and local legislation. • Configure, test and document payroll and compensation processes. • Support Go-Live, stabilization and continuous improvement activities. • Collaborate with technical teams (ABAP/Basis) and key users. • Produce user manuals and deliver end-user training.
• Experience as a Mid-level SAP HCM Consultant with focus on Payroll and Compensation. • Experience configuring payroll and benefits in SAP. • Experience in SAP HR/HCM projects (implementation, rollout or improvements). • Knowledge of Mexican payroll implementation. • Ability to conduct requirements gathering and integrated testing. • Intermediate or advanced Spanish for client interaction. • Availability to work as a contractor (PJ) and remotely. • Prior experience in projects across Latin America. • Knowledge of integrations with SAP SuccessFactors or other HCM modules. • Experience with eSocial or other countries' labor legislation. • Experience in SAP consultancies or multicultural projects.
