📋 Description
• Lead implementations and enhancements of SAP SuccessFactors modules • Conduct requirements gathering and workshops with business stakeholders • Design functional solutions aligned with SAP best practices • Configure, test, and validate end-to-end scenarios • Support go-live, hypercare, and ongoing maintenance of environments • Serve as a technical reference for the team and clients • Contribute templates, documentation, and reusable solutions
🎯 Requirements
• Solid experience as a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant • Proven track record in implementation or roll-out projects (end-to-end) • Proficiency in at least 2 SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning) • Experience in designing HR processes and adhering to SAP best practices • Ability to facilitate workshops with business and IT stakeholders • English for technical reading and participation in meetings • Availability to work 100% remotely as a contractor (PJ) • Official SAP SuccessFactors certifications are a plus
