📋 Description

• Architect and own the technical vision for a new Azure-based cloud-native application, integrating greenfield services, open-source tools, legacy systems, and internal platforms. • Partner closely with product owners, business SMEs, and engineering teams to translate business needs into scalable, maintainable technical solutions. • Navigate evolving requirements to identify key priorities, make trade-offs, and guide teams toward impactful outcomes. • Rapidly assess existing systems and codebases to inform integration strategies and modernization efforts that minimize disruption while enabling innovation. • Evaluate and recommend when to build in-house versus leverage third-party or vendor solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility. • Support and guide emerging engineering teams, fostering architectural best practices, technical excellence, and a culture of continuous improvement. • Establish and uphold architectural standards, ensuring consistency, security, and performance across the platform.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software development, with a strong foundation in system design and architecture. • 3+ years in a technical architecture role, ideally within SaaS or web-based platforms. • Proven experience designing and deploying cloud-native applications; Azure experience strongly preferred. • Strong background in Java and familiarity with multiple programming languages and frameworks. • Experience with microservices, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes, AKS a plus). • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or digital asset management systems is a significant advantage. • Proven ability to operate across global organizations, proactively identifying bottlenecks ranging across process, teams and technology. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across business and technical domains. • Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with evolving priorities.
