📋 Description
• 独立开发并维护平台核心功能模块，包括职位聚合、用户注册/认证、简历管理和招聘方门户 • 设计并实现前后端一体化架构，包括爬虫系统、API接口和数据库优化 • 保障代码质量，编写可扩展、易维护的代码，并主导部分CI/CD流程 • 按敏捷开发节奏与跨职能团队协作，交付功能迭代 • Develop and own end-to-end features such as job scraping pipelines, user onboarding flows, resume privacy controls, and recruiter dashboards • Architect full-stack solutions including crawler systems, RESTful APIs, and database schema design • Ensure code quality through testing, documentation, and adherence to best practices • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in biweekly sprints, prioritizing rapid MVP delivery • Commit approximately 20 hours per week for a minimum of 2 months, with flexible extension based on mutual fit
🎯 Requirements
• 4–5 years of work experience • Full-stack proficiency with React/Next.js and Node.js/Django or equivalent stack • Python web crawler expertise using Scrapy, Playwright, or Selenium • Experience handling anti-scraping countermeasures • MongoDB/PostgreSQL database design and performance tuning experience • Hands-on CI/CD pipeline deployment experience using Vercel, AWS, Railway, or similar platforms • Fluent English for cross-border team collaboration and requirements analysis • Startup-ready mindset and proactive optimization of technical choices for MVP constraints • Self-directed with strong time management for remote, part-time engagement • Prior EdTech or recruitment-related SaaS experience is a bonus • Experience with AI-driven matching systems or NLP text processing is a bonus • Demonstrated full-stack projects through websites, mini-programs, apps, technical blogs, or GitHub is a bonus • Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes microservices architecture is a bonus
