📋 Description

• The Solutions Engineer (SE) at Torchlight is a senior technical consultant and a key member of the Solution Team Organization (STO). • The SE partners with the Account Team Organization (ATO) to solve complex customer business problems that require custom solutions, deep technical validation, and advanced use of our flagship product, Catalyst. • This role is responsible for architecting and demonstrating tailored solutions that leverage Catalyst's API services and platform capabilities, reducing technical uncertainty for prospects and enabling the sales team to close complex, high-value deals. • Responsibilities include stakeholder communication, custom solution development, and technical validation to drive product adoption.
