📋 Description

• Project Management & Leadership: Independent execution and leadership of accounting and back-office projects • Accounting & Financial Statements: Work on relevant accounting topics for our clients, e.g., preparation of annual financial statements including the management report and notes, or consolidated financial statements including consolidation according to HGB or IFRS • Interim Leadership Roles: Taking on senior interim positions (e.g., Head of Finance or Director Accounting) at our clients • Optimization & Automation: Identifying and implementing efficient processes for accounting and month-end and year-end closings, as well as selecting and implementing suitable finance and ERP tools • Stakeholder Management: Collaboration with tax advisors, auditors, investors, CFOs and tax authorities • Business Development: Supporting client acquisition through up‑selling and cross‑selling within existing mandates • Project-based Collaboration with Clients: Predominantly remote, on-site when required
