• Set up and configure lead flow processes, ensuring proper filtering and routing between marketing and intake. • Make configuration changes and troubleshoot issues within lead tracking systems to ensure seamless operations and accounting. • Monitor and analyze lead performance data, identifying trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. • Optimize automation and integrations between software platforms. • Create and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) for lead intake, reporting, quality control, and accounting. • Collaborate with marketing and tech teams to improve lead targeting and ensure accurate tracking and costs. • Identify and implement process improvements, enhancing efficiency and reducing errors in lead management including standing up alerts and response plans. • Provide strategic insights to leaderships, recommending data-driven optimizations for lead generation and intake processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in digital lead generation, marketing processes, and performance marketing • Experience in mass tort, legal marketing, or high-volume lead processing is a plus. • Meticulous attention to detail with a passion for operational efficiency. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to troubleshoot issues in lead routing, intake, reporting, and accounting systems. • Strong task management skills, with experience working in ClickUp. • Strong technical and analytical skills, with experience working in Looker, Omni, PowerBI, Tableau, or other reporting tools. • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM/lead management platforms (e.g. CallRail, Leads Prosper, Leadspedia, Phonexa, Retreaver, Ringba, etc). • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and intake teams. • Must be available 9am - 5pm Eastern Time
