📋 Description
• Perform on‑site service and repair for commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment • Inspect, test, and troubleshoot system performance issues • Support installation, repair, and preventive maintenance activities • Service commercial equipment ranging from small systems up to 50‑ton units • Work with refrigeration circuits, boilers, and HVAC control components • Follow all safety procedures and company operating standards • Document work completed and parts used through service reports • Coordinate with dispatch and account teams to complete assigned work • Travel to commercial facilities throughout Florida
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on commercial HVAC experience • Completion of a recognized HVAC technical training program • Working knowledge of: Commercial HVAC equipment, Refrigeration systems, Boiler operations, Electrical and control components • EPA Universal certification required • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record • Ownership of standard hand tools, meters, and gauges • Availability for overtime, weekends, and holidays when required • Willingness to travel regularly for service assignments
