📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for new and existing members, guiding them through onboarding and beyond • Coordinate scheduling between members and the clinical team, managing complex calendars • Help members understand their benefits and connect them with digital resources supporting their mental health goals • Maintain accurate records in the CRM/EHR • Identify and resolve barriers to care, including financial concerns, technology issues, and insurance hurdles • Support members through a mix of standard business hours and rotating weekend shifts as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare administration, case management, or high-touch customer success • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Bilingual in English (C1+) and Spanish (Native/Fluent) • Digitally agile – high degree of comfort switching between multiple platforms, browser tabs, and communication tools • Previous experience in the American Health Care Industry is an asset
