📋 Description

• Build new features from concept to deployment • Improve UI/UX with clean, intuitive interfaces • Write reliable test code to maintain product stability • Develop AI prompts and workflows • Create structured evaluation tests to measure AI prompt performance and accuracy • Ensure code quality through reviews, best practices, and testing • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively • Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams • Share insights, propose improvements, and contribute to the long-term product vision • Take full ownership, learn the codebase quickly, and ship fast • Complete the Culture Index™️ survey, participate in a cultural fit interview, technical test, follow-up interview, and Q&A during the application process

🎯 Requirements
